Mathew J. Mari has nearly four decades of trial experience in state and federal courts in New York and throughout the country, and is a consummate, tough negotiator.
Mr. Mari has tried dozens of cases to judges and juries. His practice includes commercial litigation, criminal and regulatory matters, and investigations. He was chief counsel in the first federal death penalty case tried in New York State, and has extensive experience in federal RICO and conspiracy cases as well as in major state and federal narcotics cases.
