Mr. Norinsberg is a highly experienced litigator with significant trial experience in the state and federal courts.
Mr. Norinsberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1991. After graduation, he joined what is now Proskauer Rose, LLP, working as an associate on complex litigation matters, before joining the New York City Law Department. There, Mr. Norinsberg became a trial lawyer in the City’s Manhattan Trial Unit for a half decade, becoming one of the City’s top-rated litigators, consistently winning his trials, and receiving national recognition for several of his verdicts. While in City service Mr. Norinsberg co-authored the Trial Notebook, the City’s trial training manual (which is still in use), and was instrumental in creating the City’s trial training program.
In his nearly decade and a half in private practice he has represented all kinds of clients in commercial and other matters, both plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal courts, through to trial and appeal.
