Karen M. Bubelnik is a legal analyst at Balestriere Fariello. Karen assists in all phases of litigation from drafting motions and pleadings to providing technical support at trials.  Karen has experience assisting the attorneys at Balestriere Fariello with cases involving RICO claims and complex commercial litigation before federal and state courts.

Karen was born and raised on Long Island, New York.  She graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences with a focus in meteorology.  After interning as a meteorologist, Karen decided to change careers and pursue a career in the legal profession.  She received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from Nassau Community College in 2013.  In May 2014, Karen was inducted into Lambda Epsilon Chi, a national honor society club for students majoring in paralegal studies.
