Mark D. Lefkowitz

Mr. Lefkowitz has been admitted in New York since 1973 and in New Jersey since 1983. His practice experience includes government service (New York City Corporation Counsel) and affiliation with small and medium size firms. He commenced his private practice in 1984. His practice has been mainly dedicated to litigation at the trial and appellate levels with substantial appellate experience. Also, he has had substantial mediation experience both as an advocate and as a mediator in complex commercial cases. Although the majority of his experience both in his firm practice and as a mediator has been in commercial litigation, Mr. Lefkowitz has had experience in wills, trusts and estates and Surrogate’s Court litigation, as well as in general corporate matters, construction law, personal injury and medical malpractice matters.
